Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with distributors, agents, and accounts anything related to the business from price updates, product updates, product-related inquires, asset requests, product availabilities, shipping, etc.
  • Receive and share Sales orders with Planning and customer service
  • Coordinate payments between distributor and finance
  • Maintain sales figures and update records accordingly, run reports & maintain pivot tables (Sales figures, Freight charges, commissions, invoiced sales, sell through summary, etc.)
  • Reconciliation of invoices before approving payment
  • Pull and send Weekly Stock Reports
  • Communication with forwarders for air/sea shipments, verify invoices when received, including clearance & brokerage fees
  • Follow up on outstanding sales orders and ensure they ship and get processed within a timely manner, identify bottlenecks and issues and elevate issues when can’t be resolved
  • Check inventory by channel in the various warehouses where stocked and work closely with Planning to ensure, to bring in the stock needed on key products
  • Account set ups, potential new opportunities for growth.
  • Look for new opportunities in territories where representation is needed.
  • Work closely with Rep and Agents and get quarterly updates and projections on how they plan to grow business.
  • Data analysis to identify trends, track sales performance, and provide valuable insights to the team
