Description:
- Join a leading NSW government organisation in developing, and delivering key communications material such as campaigns, articles, and digital content.
- Day rate contract with an as soon as possible start through until June 2024.
- Flexible working arrangements, predominantly work from home with team meetings as per project requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Develop communications and knowledge content for a range of purposes, mediums, channels including student communications, guides, websites, offerings, presentations, newsletters and other requirements across the student life cycle.
- Evaluate, source and develop content in responding to ad-hoc and/or urgent communications requests.
- In partnership with subject matter experts, edit and proofread written content to ensure tone of voice, brand guidelines and Student Services standards are met.
- Review and evaluate effectiveness of communications and content to achieve engagement and retention targets.
- Engage and maintain strong relationships with a network of stakeholders and subject matter experts.
- As a member of the broader Student Services leadership team, build and nurture an engaging and inclusive Student Services community within the campus/cluster you are based. This includes providing information, guidance and support across teams, where appropriate, and supporting on boarding within the Branch.
- Reflect this NSW government organisations values in the way you work and abide by policies and procedures to ensure a safe, healthy and inclusive work environment.
- Place the customer at the centre of all decision making.
- Work with the Line Manager to develop a meaningful performance development review plans (PDRP).
