The expected starting pay range for this position is $65,000-$80,000. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition to competitive pay, compensation may include a variety of other components like benefits, paid time off, merit, and bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities:
OVERVIEW OF THE COPYWRITER ROLE
The Copywriter will craft copy for our site and 360-degree cross-channel marketing campaigns.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create engaging and persuasive email copy that resonates with the target audience
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice across all email communications
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure email campaigns align with overall marketing strategy
- Write subject lines that grab attention and encourage email open rates
- Monitor and analyze email performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to improve future campaigns
- Write top-quality display copy for our site, ensuring voice and messaging are compelling and consistent across channels
- Maintain copy cadence for SMS and App programs, aligning with larger marketing campaigns
- Maintain the highest editorial standards for all copy and ensure that it conforms to the evolving brand voice
- Work with leadership and design partners to concept content that reflect our brand expression and storytelling
- Ensure timely delivery of content deliverables in our project management system
- Work cross-functionally to ensure all brief objectives are met
- Present copy at review meetings
- Collaborate closely with graphic design partners
