About the Role

Contribute to the organization’s technological advancement by designing, developing, and maintaining effective BPM and Document Management application solutions that enhance business processes and information management.
Responsibilities:
Application Delivery
- Delivery of prioritized works, in supporting new products roll-out initiative.
- Managing the prioritization and execution of tasks in various enterprise applications (Case360, CIS, FPR, LEAP).
- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable BPM and Document Management application solutions to optimize business processes and information management.
- Proactively manage quality standards across the entire development landscape, including the local team, AIA offshore development centers, and external vendors.
IT Risk & Security
- No overdue items in completion of management actions to address audit findings.
- Timely remediation for any vulnerabilities reported within the Standard timeline.
- Timely raise exception request to cover all the vulnerabilities that cannot be remediated with Standard timeline and obtain approval before due date.
- Zero delay for all critical, high, and medium risks mitigation and acceptance within stipulated timeframe
Other Responsibilities and Duties
- Accountable to the duty assigned by supervisor to meet operational and/or other requirements.
- Align technical solutions with the organization’s strategic objectives.
- Analyze the impact of technology on business processes and propose optimization strategies.
- Identify and recommend cost-effective solutions that maximize the return on technology investments.
- Ensure that the work done by the department colleagues are aligned to corporate responsibilities (e.g. Fair Dealing)
- Ensures there are no major risk audit comments and achieve audit rating of Needs Minor Improvement or above.
