QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven leadership in an international environment, managing remote teams effectively.
• Strong analytical skills.
• High commercial acumen with a solid track record in trading.
• Excellent teamwork capabilities and social intelligence, essential for thriving in a matrix-based organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS applications.
• Technical understanding of the automotive industry is highly advantageous.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

THE ROLE:

We are looking for a skilled Core Manager to lead our core team, ensuring efficient procurement and management of core parts for our remanufacturing processes. This role is pivotal in balancing our production needs with optimal stock levels to support our continuous growth and operational excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee core procurement for all 8 remanufactured product groups within the company.
• Manage and develop our core vendor portfolio in collaboration with product managers.
• Ensure precise core purchase demand calculations to optimize net working capital and physical stock.
• Maintain core availability for R&D and production teams.
• Facilitate the sale of overstock cores and minimize backorders through effective collaboration with planning, purchasing, and production teams.
• Implement core purchase strategies in alignment with our global team’s goals.
