Global Investment bank with growing office in Singapore are looking for exceptional technologists to work with a number of their leading development leads working on some of the most strategically challenging projects within the group right now.
The successful candidate would be part of the group overseeing bespoke technology strategy driving enterprise-wide functionality. This role is not looking for a developer with financial knowledge but more of a pure technologist with a passion for creating ground-breaking, highly integrated, functional platforms that can underpin and be the foundation of the firm’s next generation of trading applications.
This senior software engineer will ideally be a polyglot of development languages and charged by solving some of the toughest technology problems. This role will be involved in building the best of class ecosystem that will be used by the group’s specialised dedicated server network and and global data distribution teams.
Integrating with open-source technologies such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and Kafka, and with both internal and external cloud platforms, this role is best suited for an enthusiastic developer. Full stack knowledge supporting different phases of the product lifecycle.

Required Skills:

• Developers with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Natural problem solvers with best of class engineering skills.
• Proficient in any of C++, Java, C#, .Net, or similar languages.
• Good understanding of core computer science concepts and code optimization techniques.
• An understanding that testing and documentation is critical to delivering high quality solutions.
• Experience working with a variety of SQL and no-SQL datastores advantageous but not prerequisite.
• Advanced degree from a top tier university in a Computer Science or related degree.
• Any additional academic computer science related credentials or proof of support and involvement in your technology community is of high interest!
