We are looking for an amazing human to join our team as a Corporate Account Advisor on an initial 3 month contingent contract.
You will be responsible for providing outstanding service to Medibank’s Corporate clients (brokers, corporate client HR/Payroll teams ) and their representatives. This will include managing queries and requests, generating invoices, processing payments, providing reporting and other account functions.

• Processing invoices on time and with a high degree of accuracy.
• Applying payments within SLA with a high degree of accuracy
• Provide a high level of customer service to brokers, corporate client HR/Payroll teams and corporate members via phone and email
• Provide ad hoc and automated reporting to clients
• Provide quality checking, feedback, training and support to colleagues in the Corporate team
