Responsibilities:

KEY SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED FOR THIS ROLE:

  • Previous experience within an Account Management role
  • Knowledge of the Healthcare Insurance Market would be advantageous
  • Good business awareness and sound commercial judgement
  • Excellent sales, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Experience of succeeding in the negotiations with client contacts at middle to senior management level
  • Strong verbal, written and communication skills
  • Understanding of customer service principles and a commitment to service excellence
  • Understanding of relationship management skills and the ability to develop effective internal and external relationships and networks
  • Well organised with effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
