We are currently looking for an Event Coordinator to support our Operations team on a contract basis until 7 February 2025. The Event Coordinator will work with our clients to deliver any of their corporate activities such as capital raising, merger and acquisitions, dividends, distributions and tax requirements. This team is known as Corporate Actions and provides event specialist support to our project management team.

SOME OF YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Liaise with clients and key stakeholders to plan and deliver project requirements within agreed deadlines
- Manage the dispatch of documentation to shareholders and or clients
- Liaise with Banks and Financial Institutions
- Generate client reporting
- Comply with internal procedures and policies as well as corporate legislation
- Use internal systems to manage key milestones and update internal and external stakeholders
WHAT WILL YOU BRING TO THE ROLE?
- An exposure and understanding of different corporate action event types and/ or financial services experience is desirable
- Proven ability to work as part of a team and think outside the box to achieve the best outcomes
- Prior project coordination or administration experience
- Willingness to learn quickly and be adaptable to a changing environment
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal
- Proficient in all aspects of MS Office
