Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE CORPORATE ACTIONS ANALYST ROLE:

In this role, you will be part of the team that is responsible for handling corporate actions events for multiple locations within the APAC region. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to participate in projects aimed at systems and product enhancement and UAT.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensuring that all corporate actions incomes and events are processed and recorded in a timely and accurate fashion
  • Reviewing corporate actions event notifications and generating notifications for events both voluntary and mandatory
  • Performing reconciliation duties for payment advice provided by custodian, and processing respective client payments
  • Handling corporate actions queries from various internal and external stakeholders and investigating and/or escalating as appropriate
  • Participating in other ad hoc projects and UAT as required
    To succeed in this Corporate Actions Analyst role, you will need strong interpersonal skills and a keen eye for detail. The successful candidate will also demonstrate the desire and ability to learn new skills and to work both individually and as part of a team.
