Processing of Mandatory and Voluntary Corporate Action events spanning global markets and all products covering Singapore and Hong Kong booking centres. Ensure daily activities are conducted professionally and accurately while ensuring that internal guidelines and policies are followed.
PROFESSIONAL AND TECHNICAL
- Diploma/Degree and minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in banking or related discipline
- Strong technical knowledge on Corporate Action & Tax
- Candidate with relevant experience in Corporate Actions and Settlements SWIFT messages (MT56x/54x) knowledge will be an advantage
- Knowledge of handling US restricted securities, tax related reporting/reclaim would be an advantage
- Knowledge of handling Bond Restructuring, filling of claim for defaulted instruments would be an added advantage
