Description:
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Mass / Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling messages for diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms, including social media management, content management systems, and analytics tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Commitment to upholding the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the company’s digital communication channels, including website content, intranet and social media platforms to engage with employees, and other stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for media inquiries, facilitating interviews, and coordinating photoshoots to enhance the company’s visibility.
- Craft speeches and corporate presentations for internal meetings, conferences, and external events, showcasing the company’s values and achievements.
- Monitor media coverage and social media mentions to track public perception of the company and identify potential issues or opportunities.
- Ensure consistency and compliance with brand guidelines across all communication channels, maintaining the integrity of the company’s brand identity.
- Manage the inventory and sourcing of corporate gifts, optimizing cost-efficiency and quality standards.
- Demonstrate expertise in all aspects of event management, from strategic planning and budgeting to seamless execution and post-event evaluation.
- Organize and oversee small to large-scale events, orchestrating logistics and resources.
- Establish and maintain relationships with events vendors and suppliers, negotiating contracts and managing deliverables to ensure event success.
- Provide administrative and operational support as needed, contributing to the smooth functioning of the department.
- Produce high-quality print and digital collaterals, including articles and promotional materials, to support marketing and communication initiatives.
- Develop and manage a diverse range of networking and corporate events, fostering connections and enhancing the company’s reputation.
- Supporting internal communications newsletters.
