JOB DESCRIPTION

Functions as Senior Credit Officer and manager of designated major corporate specialized industry teams. Reviews underwriting of the highest levels of risk exposure and performs ongoing analysis of the entire business line portfolio. Coordinating with Credit and Special Assets Group, structures and reviews all complex business opportunities to drive business growth. Provides strategic guidance to senior management and across division. Creates and enhances an effective management structure; manages managers of multiple Portfolio Management teams and offers guidance to subordinates on how to advise clients successfully. May be appointed to various task forces and committees.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, accounting or other related field
  • 15 or more years of banking experience
  • Eight or more years of management experience

  • Thorough knowledge of division and relation to industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills
