Rabobank’s Corporate Banking Services (CBS) provide Operational support to Wholesale & Major Agricultural Clients (MAC) Clients & Products in the areas of Loans, Facilities, Agency Desk & Value chain Finance.
Rabobank has an opening for a Corporate Banking Services Officer. You will join a highly engaged team based in Sydney who work a hybrid mix of in office & home.
In this role you will ensure that the relevant products & transactions are verified, confirmed, processed & settled in an efficient & timely manner, maintaining high standards. This is a dynamic role where you are expected to take ownership & provide a high level of client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver a high standard of accuracy & efficiency for all Corporate Services transactions per agreed SLAs & cut off times
- Manage & maintain a client portfolio or asset class in team rotation, ensuring the client’s business needs & requirements are met
- Confirmations dispatching, matching, escalating & reporting
- Monitoring of system interfaces to ensure transactions have been accurately input or interfaced
- Investigation, escalation & reporting of the various system & cash reconciliations
- Investigation & resolution of Nostro & transactional reconciliation breaks.
- Liaise & assist customers on a regular basis in regard to all aspects of Corporate Lending products & services
- Develop an ongoing dialogue with the Value Chain Finance team, Corporate Lending Relationship Managers, Markets & Treasury divisions and outsourced services providers to ensure any business opportunities are being acted upon
- Continuous improvement to ensure best practices are achieved & to minimise operational risk
