Description:

Compass Healthcare Consulting & Placement is conducting a search for an experienced Corporate Chief of Human Resources - HR for a Healthcare company located in Brooklyn, NY. Qualified candidates will have prior Health Care Industry experience.
Health Care Company seeks experienced Chief of Human Resources sought to; Employee Benefits Management, on-boarding, hiring, counseling, interview, process new employees and oversee compliance for employee files in accordance with Hippa and DOH employment law requirements, working with Executive Directors regarding complaints and grievances. Must have strong Leadership, Management and Interpersonal Skills.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Home Care/ Medical Human Resource experience a must!!!
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field strongly preferred
  • 4+ years experience in Medical Human Resources
  • Proficient in MS Office / Computer programs savvy.
  • Ability to manage time well, Strong attention to detail with exceptional follow-up skills
  • High level of integrity, good judgment, and discretion
  • Excellent interpersonal people skills, verbal, and communication skills
    Competitive Salary $150,000 - $180,000 and Benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Review and Manage all Employee Benefits / Insurance Plans etc.
  • Review and update all HR Policies and Procedures
  • Interview and process new Employees for Human Resources Department
  • Management of Administrative staff, oversight and Maintenance of employee files ; reference checks and agency paper work requirements
  • Oversee data entry of employee information into required Home Care registry
  • Coordinate new-hire orientations, in-services and other employee meetings required
  • Assist with recruitment and out reach for new staff
