Description:
We are looking for an experienced in-house Legal Counsel who has solid corporate and commercial experience to join a well regarded business based in Abu Dhabi. You must be an Arabic speaker and have experience of establishing companies in ADGM as this role will be heavily on the corporate/corporate governance side.
CROSS-JURISDICTIONAL EXPERTISE:
- Utilize expertise in ADGM regulations and familiarity with other jurisdictions to advise on cross-border transactions, international corporate structures, and legal implications of business expansion.
