Are you an experienced and driven Corporate Counsel looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in the transport industry? Our client, a global company, is seeking a highly skilled and qualified Solicitor to be part of their Corporate Legal Group.
As a Corporate Counsel, you will play a key role in supporting the company’s global operations, procurement activities, and commercial sales efforts. You will be responsible for negotiating and drafting a wide range of commercial contracts and collaborating with business stakeholders and colleagues across different areas of expertise. Your expertise in structuring, reviewing, and drafting procurement agreements will be crucial in ensuring the success of the organisation. In addition, your ability to provide guidance and mentorship to other lawyers within the Legal Group will contribute to the development of a talented pool of legal professionals.
The transport industry is undergoing rapid changes, and our client is at the forefront of embracing new technologies.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Qualified Solicitor with at least 10 years of PQE experience in commercial law within a global company.
• Demonstrated experience negotiating high-value, complex commercial contracts.
• Experience managing and mentoring legal professionals.
• Familiarity with FCA regulations and experience in an FCA-regulated organisation is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• German, French or Spanish Speaking (Preferred but not essential)
• Experience in Marketing and Consumer Law (Preferred but not essential)
  Salary: £130-150k per annum, based on 45 hours per week with at least 3 office-based days.
