To support our growth, we are seeking a fluent Spanish speaking Corporate Counsel to join our Legal team in Redditch.
We can offer you a welcoming environment to work in, and the opportunity to play an important role in our business. This is a good opportunity to join a close-knit, collaborative team providing critical support for Stantec globally.
You will provide overall legal support to the business covering an exciting mix of transactional support to contracts with our clients to a wide range of corporate matters which could adapt around your own skills and career growth with Stantec but could include areas such as claims, employment, property, corporate governance and regulatory compliance, however experience now in all these areas is not a prerequisite.
You may become involved in future acquisitions across Europe and beyond. You will partner with business leaders to help them grow but whilst ensuring compliance with applicable laws and being part of the Stantec Inc public company group. You will manage and mitigate legal risks, draft and negotiate a variety of agreements and generally support an exciting growing business.
