dotCMS is a cloud-based Digital Experience platform that is changing how enterprises do digital. We seek an individual with strong analytical and financial modeling skills and a deep understanding of valuation methods and M&A processes.
As a Corporate Development Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in our expansion strategy. You will be instrumental in sourcing and evaluating potential M&A opportunities that align with our strategic goals. This role requires a blend of analytical prowess, strategic thinking, and strong interpersonal skills.
We’re proud to be 100% remote! dotCMS has been fully remote for over a decade and as an employee, you may work remotely from any location that is compatible with standard U.S. business hours. Please note this is a full-time contract position for a six-month period, and we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time. Additionally, we are not accepting contractors or C2C candidates.
