ABOUT THIS ROLE

We are looking for a hands-on, dedicated and results-focused individual to play a crucial role in steering the company through its next phase of growth towards a successful IPO. As one of the few startups originating from Singapore that has successfully grown into a global disruptor in the enterprise SaaS space, Circles will accelerate its journey through various corporate initiatives including mergers and acquisitions ("M&A"), joint ventures ("JVs"), strategic investments and fundraising. . As a key member of the Corporate Development and Strategy team, the successful candidate will have a unique opportunity to contribute to high impact projects in a dynamic and fast paced environment..
S/he will be expected to deliver anything and everything related to: M&A, strategic investments/partnerships and fundraising by conducting market research, financial analysis, and supporting the transaction due diligence process, amongst other key tasks . This is a group-level role based in Singapore and the candidate will be a member of a lean and tight knit team with very high visibility and exposure across the organisation.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Financial modelling and analysis: Develop financial models to evaluate various financial plans related to M&A, JVs and other corporate strategic initiatives.
  • Market research: Conduct thorough market research to identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities and targets.
  • Deal execution: Support all stages of deal execution from initial contact to due diligence, negotiation and closing.
  • Strategic planning: Assist in formulating strategic direction and long-term planning for the company.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with senior management and external advisors to prepare for strategic fundraising.
  • Reporting and presentation: Create detailed reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and external partners to communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Compliance and due Diligence: Manage the due diligence process and work closely with key business and functional teams on various corporate transactions.
