MORE SPECIFICALLY, YOU WILL:

Be the point of contact and expert in repairing our products in customers’ homes.
Undertake troubleshooting, system integrations, configurations, and selected installations at customers’ private houses and in stores for our retailers.
Provide 360° project support: planning, documentation, execution, and follow-up in close cooperation with retail partners and our service team.
Coach and support local retail partners/installers as well as other technicians globally on technical issues.
Provide technical assistance at Bang & Olufsen events.
Ensure high quality standards in direct cooperation with our Customer Care department at the HQ in Denmark.
Operate a small warehouse for loan products, spare parts, tools, and installation material.
Attend regional sales team, service, and retailer meetings.

Join us to provide an excellent after-sales repair service to our retailers & private customers, working hands-on with Bang & Olufsen’s high-end loudspeakers, TVs, and audio systems.
For this role you should be located in the Copenhagen areas, as we are looking for a Corporate Field Service Technician to service Zealand Region including Copenhagen.
Key responsibilities
As our new Corporate Field Service Technician, you will join our local Field Service & headquarter teams in Denmark. In this brand-new role, you will carry out different services around our portfolio ranging from TV solutions to loudspeakers and integrated audio systems.
