DESCRIPTION:

Banco de Investimento Global (BiG) is an Iberian independent investment bank headquartered in Lisbon. BiG’s Corporate Finance team renders financial advisory services in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Capital Markets transactions to corporate and institutional clients.
BiG is recruiting an Analyst to join its Corporate Finance team and support the growing business in Portugal and Spain.
The selected candidate will play an important role in originating and executing M&A and capital markets transactions.
The day-to-day job will include meeting with numerous companies, financial modelling, performing industry analysis, preparing pitchbooks and proposals for clients, preparing presentation materials on companies, reviewing transaction documents and participating in negotiation processes.

REQUIREMENTS:

The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Master’s degree in Finance, Management, Economy or a related field;
• Up to 1 year of experience;
• Organization, planning and execution capacity;
• Dynamic and entrepreneurial drive;
• Strong analytical, communication and team work skills;
• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both verbally and in writing;
• Adaptability and quick learning.
