Summary
We are looking for a “Corporate Finance and Treasury Risk Manager (f/m/d)” in the “Treasury” department at the Ulm location as soon as possible.
The Treasury department is responsible for the financing of the entire HENSOLDT Group as well as cash, liquidity and insurance management.

Your Tasks

  • Management of external financing instruments relating to the credit and capital markets (term loan, RCF, promissory bill, bond, convertible bond, export financing) and support in all financing matters
  • Negotiation of financing conditions with banks and continuous optimization of financing solutions, including compliance with and monitoring of all information obligations
  • Conducting analyses and preparing solutions to optimize financing issues
  • Implementing the requirements from the financing agreements and bank relationships, including ongoing monitoring
  • Responsibility for the internal financing solutions of the HENSOLDT Group
  • Responsibility for monthly input to Accounting (interest, Bundesbank reports)
  • Support for M&A projects and integration of acquisitions by Treasury
  • Coordination and optimization of bank relationships worldwide
  • International bank account management, including system-side recording
  • Conceptual development of the treasury policy, including employee training and proactive improvement and digitalization of treasury processes
  • Support in the context of trade finance (letters of credit, guarantees) and special projects

Your Profile

  • Completed studies in the field of economics or comparable
  • Extensive experience in financing, ideally in a related banking and finance and/or corporate treasury environment
  • Knowledge of TMS (tm5 Coupa) advantageous
  • Confident handling of MS-Office, especially Excel and Power Point
  • Quick comprehension, analytical and communication skills as well as a solution-oriented way of working, even in time-critical situations
  • Team-oriented and flexible working style
  • High degree of initiative and personal responsibility
  • Business fluent German and English, knowledge of French advantageous
