In this dynamic role, you will:

  • Build strong, strategic relationships with key stakeholders such as HR Business Partners, Benefits Managers, and business owners, driving business development efforts
  • Drive client success by deeply understanding their objectives and exceeding expectations through collaborative goal-setting and effective sales strategies
  • Transform satisfied clients into enthusiastic advocates, leveraging their achievements for compelling references and case studies
  • Maximise client utilisation and engagement by promoting the full suite of product features
  • Utilise account data to proactively identify business development opportunities and challenges, developing innovative solutions to enhance client satisfaction and drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to champion client needs and ensure smooth service adoption, enhancing sales effectiveness
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at every interaction, fueling organic growth and fostering long-term partnerships while driving sales
  • Develop and implement customised health and wellness solutions tailored to the unique needs and objectives of each client
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of workplace wellness programs, identifying areas for improvement and innovation
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to design and deliver engaging wellness initiatives, workshops, and events
  • Provide expert guidance and support to clients on a wide range of health and wellness topics, including nutrition, fitness, stress management, and mental health
  • Utilise data analytics and insights to measure the effectiveness of wellness programs and initiatives, making data driven recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in corporate health and wellness, serving as a subject matter expert for clients
  • Act as a thought leader and advocate for workplace wellness, participating in industry events, conferences, and webinars to share insights and expertise, enhancing brand visibility
  • Drive client engagement and retention through proactive communication, regular check-ins, and personalised support
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop compelling collateral, presentations, and proposals to attract new clients and expand our reach in the corporate wellness market, driving sales expansion

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in health promotion, public health, nutrition, exercise science, business administration, or related field; additional certifications in wellness coaching, corporate wellness, sales, or business development preferred
  • Proven sales, business development, or account management experience in healthcare, wellness, or corporate services
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and project management abilities
  • Proactive, customer-focused, adaptable, and collaborative mindset
  • Passion for promoting health and wellness in the workplace
  • Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel occasionally
