Our client, a company specialized in the healthcare sector in Luxembourg, is actively seeking its Corporate Lawyer.
Job description

Your mission will be to:

• protect and defend the interests of the company during legal proceedings;
• Ensure legal compliance in commercial operations, advocating for the company’s interests;
• Offer legal advice and resolve disputes for individuals and businesses;
• Draft legal documents and oversee associated procedures;
• Review and draft commercial contracts;
• Assist members of the management committee in various operations, including commercial and social matters.

Profile

You are the ideal candidate if you possess :

• a Bachelor’s degree or higher in law;
• an extensive expertise in various legal areas (including corporate, commercial, labor, and trademark law) specifically in healthcare within Luxembourg;
• strong writing, analytical and organizational skills, enabling independent work and thriving under pressure;
• fluency in both French and English.
