Description:
- Responsible for giving legal counsel on insurance, corporate governance, employment, intellectual property, data protection, and litigation matters.
- Serve as the company’s Data Protection Officer, ensuring compliance with internal approvals and corporate governance.
- Support both external and internal audit activities, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Degree in Law
- At least 5 years of experience in corporate & commercial law.
