IDEAL CANDIDATE:

We are seeking a lawyer with a minimum of 4 years’ PAE, preferably within a Specialist, National or International firm. The successful candidate should possess a solid understanding of corporate law and M&A, including disciplines related to capital raising and financial management.

As a part of this esteemed firm, you will work alongside Corporate Partners, collaborating with a team while serving clients on a range of matters. Including:

• Regulated and off-market mergers and acquisitions,
• Equity capital markets,
• Back door listings,
• Corporate advisory,
• Joint ventures, as well as
• ASX and Corporations Act compliance.
