Senior Corporate M&A Associate - Your Role :
Due to the firm’s continued growth, we are looking for a senior corporate and M&A lawyer to join the team as soon as possible.

Responsibilities :

  • Complete case management from A to Z.
  • Working on national and international M&A, corporate finance and private equity matters.
  • Direct contact with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate legal solutions.
  • Active participation in business development with external clients.

Senior Corporate M&A Associate - Your Profile:

  • Master’s degree in law and List II status.
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in corporate and M&A.
  • Fluency in French and English required. German a plus.
  • Rigorous and independent file management.
  • Excellent communication and client relations skills.
  • Ability to work in a small team in a friendly atmosphere.

Senior Corporate M&A Associate - What We Offer :

  • Remuneration: Salary of up to €140,000 gross per annum over 12 months.
