Responsibilities:
As an integral part of this internationally acclaimed Technology/Media/Telecommunications team (being led and mentored by some of Australia’s top TMT partners), representing top Australian/multi-national companies (including in the fin services/fintech, technology, media/entertainment sectors and fast-growing enterprises), you will love advising on a broad full spectrum of intellectually stimulating and interesting matters relating to:
Capital raisings, private M&As, corporate governance, joint ventures, strategic partnerships;
Data commercialization/privacy/protection;
Broadcasting rights, licensing & distribution of digital content;
General commercial advice for start-ups/scale-ups.
