As a member of the team, you will work alongside Corporate Partners, collaborating with a team while serving clients on a range of matters. Including:

• Regulated and off-market mergers and acquisitions,
• Equity capital markets,
• Back door listings,
• Corporate advisory,
• ASX and Corporations Act compliance.
• Joint ventures,
• Private equity,
• Debt funding,
• Capital raising,
• Foreign investment,
• Funds management, as well as
• corporate structuring.

We are seeking a candidate with a minimum of 5 years’ PAE, preferably within a National or International firm. The successful candidate should possess a solid understanding of corporate law and M&A, including disciplines related to capital raising and financial management.
