POSITION OVERVIEW
This is an exciting an opportunity to gain hands on experience in marketing while working in an exciting team in one of Diligent’s major hubs!
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Must be currently pursuing your Bachelors Degree
- Must be able to commute to our Galway office
- An interest in internal comms and PR
- Strong interpersonal communications skills
- Strong writing skills
- Organized and detail oriented
- Ability to thrive under pressure and tight deadlines
Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting, editing and publishing of internal communications materials, including emails, intranet content, and announcements.
- Support the coordination of company webinars and town halls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information, stories, and updates for internal communications campaigns.
- Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement surveys and focus groups.
- Assist in identifying and drafting responses to key industry awards and speaking engagement submissions.
- Help maintain and update internal communication channels, such as the company intranet and Microsoft Teams.
- Show an interest in communications trends and best practices, contributing fresh ideas and innovative approaches to our communication strategies.
