POSITION OVERVIEW

This is an exciting an opportunity to gain hands on experience in marketing while working in an exciting team in one of Diligent’s major hubs!

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Must be currently pursuing your Bachelors Degree
  • Must be able to commute to our Galway office
  • An interest in internal comms and PR
  • Strong interpersonal communications skills
  • Strong writing skills
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and tight deadlines

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in drafting, editing and publishing of internal communications materials, including emails, intranet content, and announcements.
  • Support the coordination of company webinars and town halls.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information, stories, and updates for internal communications campaigns.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement surveys and focus groups.
  • Assist in identifying and drafting responses to key industry awards and speaking engagement submissions.
  • Help maintain and update internal communication channels, such as the company intranet and Microsoft Teams.
  • Show an interest in communications trends and best practices, contributing fresh ideas and innovative approaches to our communication strategies.
