Description:
Immediate opening for a dynamic Paralegal with a large corporate client in the healthcare logistics industry. If you are an effective and determined multitasker with good computer skills and passionate about the legal field, this position may be for you. This is a terrific chance to push your Paralegal career in the right direction. A long-term contract / temporary employment opportunity, this Paralegal role will be located in the Coppell, Texas area.
Responsibilities
- Data base management of all relevant documents
- Provide support to attorney through all phases
- Possess organizational skills and prioritization methods to successfully take on heavy workload
- Review a multitude of legal work, including the research and analysis of in-depth legal documents
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mindset
- Capable of taking ownership of projects, writing and negotiating, planning and organizing
- Constant attention to detail and accuracy, confidentiality
- Ideal candidate should possess knowledge of word processing and spreadsheets
- Eager problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity
- General familiarity with Vendor Contracts
- Earlier work involving HealthCare Industry
- Proficiency in Federal Contracts
- Contracts experience desired
- Practical knowledge of RFP Process
- Adeptness in Legal Contracts
- Experience with government contracts
- Good understanding of Medical Device
- Background working with proposals and RFPs
- Demonstrated knowledge of Reviewing Contracts
- RFP Documents experience highly preferred
- Federal Government Contracts experience
- Awarding Contracts experience preferred
