Our Corporate Partnerships team is looking for a Corporate Partnerships Assistant. Joining a growing team, you will assist in the execution of the strategy to drive incremental revenue and acquire high spending customers for Harrods.

Responsibilities:
Reporting into the Corporate Partnerships Manager, your role will include providing admin support in setting up campaigns and liaising with external stakeholders to retrieve marketing materials. You will maintain campaign calendars and assist with the setup of Corporate Partnership events, including tickets on the event booking platform and managing the guest list. You will have full accountability and ownership of administrative tasks, such as preparing and submitting briefing materials in addition to maintaining Partner pages, keeping accurate records of the Partner contact database and managing all customer facing decks.
For the wider team, you will support with calendar management, scheduling meetings, and preparing simple slide/presentation decks alongside the development of partnership materials including presentations for key meetings. You will also prepare reports showing the results of the campaigns, monthly Partner insights and competitor analysis by monitoring news and developments related to Corporate Partnerships to share regularly with team.
