For our newly established Performance Management Team we are looking for a Corporate Performance Manager (m/f/d) as soon as possible:

Responsibilities:

  • Play an integral role in achieving financial targets, enhancing efficiency, improving processes, and aligning and adjusting strategies in major, mostly group-wide performance initiatives, significantly contributing to the financial stability and prosperous future of the G+D Group.
  • Drive the design, management, coordination, tracking, regular reporting, and communication of performance initiatives within the G+D Group, including:
  • Strategic growth initiatives
  • Pricing strategy programs
  • Cost and efficiency programs
  • Campaigns to optimize free cash flow
  • Working capital measures
  • Realizing synergy effects across locations in the same regions
  • Tracking the implementation of business plans from M&A projects during the post-merger integration phase
  • Creating and overseeing key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate both financial performance and areas with potential for enhancement
  • Streamlining existing processes and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align financial objectives with overall business goals
  • Support ad-hoc financial projects and initiatives as required by senior management.
  • Utilize and help shape the group-wide controlling systems for executing these tasks.
  • Work closely with team members, management, and representatives of various divisions, as well as with group controlling, to ensure success
