Description:
Responsibilities:
Working as part of the Corporate Finance and Planning team, the role will involve Strategic Planning, Corporate Finance/ Valuations, and M&A/ Divestment processes. Duties include:
- Developing integrated projections
- Scenario analysis
- Profit improvement initiatives
- Capital allocation strategies
- Design and implementation of financial planning tools and systems
- Valuations
- Assessing the key financial impacts of large deals Evaluation of potential corporate development opportunities
- Liaising with Investment Banks
- Liaising with 3rd party advisors on both buy-side and sell-side transactions
- Working with other deal team members across workstreams on live transactions
- Development and review of detailed financial models for transaction analysis
- Reviewing investment proposal opportunities for medium and large transactions
- Preparing detailed post acquisition integration plans and business plans
