JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Community Lead (CL) is the first point of contact in our client experience within our community buildings. The CL is tasked with supporting the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of their assigned building. The CL is the primary contact for all members and visitors and plays a key role in our client experience. The CL reports directly to the Community Manager and is tasked with enhancing and excelling our client experience at all times.
Responsible for managing the front-of-house location and acting as a brand ambassador in dealing with client queries. Coordinates and supports the scheduling of meetings, post-processing and other concierge services. Manages the day-to-day reception area by managing telephones, meeting room bookings etc. The role of Community Lead is to fulfil and support the company mission statement on a daily basis and demonstrate a passion for our product/ services, people and clients. Meets and exceeds company objectives and KPIs.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL DEMONSTRATE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Previous office and customer service experience - hospitality/ retail experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Attentive to detail with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
- Good IT Skills - you are able to troubleshoot basic IT errors.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the front-of-house experience
- Acts as a first point of contact to welcome/ greet clients and deal with client queries in a timely and efficient manner, escalating to direct line manager if required
- Ensures reception and common areas throughout the buildings are well maintained and meet Iconic Offices standards at all times
- Actively carries out standard checks throughout the day
- Schedule internal and external meetings as required
- Manages and assigns inventory such as - keys, access fobs, car park fobs etc. Conducts regular inventory checks and places replenishment order if required.
- Supports community events/out-of-hours events as required
- Adheres to the company’s sales processes, values, and business code of ethics
- Support and maintain effective business relationships with our clients by understanding their needs and translating these into actions within the location
- Supports achievement of KPIs through actively promoting the Iconic Office product selection and services such as add-ons, renewals, expansions etc.
- Act as a brand ambassador at all times by demonstrating excellent product knowledge, sales techniques, greeting customers, professionalism, workspace knowledge & trends, and company expectations.
- Develops and nurtures relationships with clients by living the organizational values at all times.
- Adhere to all company policies/procedures and health & safety measures at all times.
- Support all departmental and company directives.
- Remain up to date on external market competitors and trends
- Monitor and report any maintenance/ repair recommendations to the facilities department if required
- Present a professional image in appearance, words, and action.
