We are currently seeking a Full-time - Corporate Receptionist to join our team onsite at one of our premium corporate clients. You will be providing exceptional high level receptionist services.
This position will see you being responsible for providing a professional, polite and efficient reception service. Based at a multinational investment bank and financial services company. Along with the day to day operations of a receptionist, you will assist with service of the meeting rooms according to business demands. This may also include supporting the catering team as and when required.

Responsibilities:

KEY DUTIES

  • Provide a warm, professional, friendly and welcoming style of service to customers and clients at all times
  • Following established procedures and registration with regard to both expected and unexpected arrivals
  • Book meeting rooms and facilitate booking updates as required
  • Ensure emails, intranet and phone enquiries are managed in a timely manner
  • Manage and document client feedback
