Description:
Hospitality2day are looking for experienced Corporate Receptionists to join our team. You will have the opportunity to join our thriving facilities team, where you will be part of ensuring exceptional service to several of our client sites across the City.
Sites include corporate, government and hospitality environments. Your ability to engage with people on all levels to build rapport and empathy is a must. High end customer service experience is essential.
Duties will include greeting clients, meeting room management, hosting, client engagement, hospitality, and executive conferencing services.
Working days are Monday to Friday and all shifts are ad-hoc however some roles have potential to go permanent.
Whats needed:
- Experience as a receptionist in a corporate or hospitality setting
- Committed to delivering an outstanding service to clients
- Ability to adapt and being able to work under pressure
- Professionalism and engaging personality
- Very good level of spoken English
