    Our client is the largest privately owned agency in WA. Well known for their high level of service and track record of delivery, they manage an ever-expanding portfolio of commercial property. They have a team of hardworking, energetic and highly impressive property professionals.

This role holds the important task of being the face of the business. You will act in the role of Receptionist working closely with the broader team assisting with duties that include the following:

  • Answer all incoming calls, transfer and take messages as required.
  • Ensure front of house and meeting rooms are clean and well presented at all times.
  • Meet and greet all visitors to the office, offering/preparing beverages and showing them to the appropriate meeting room.
  • Maintain key registers.
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Run errands such as post office, dry cleaning, lunch pick-ups etc.
  • General office cleaning and maintenance.
  • Any other additional tasks.

You enjoy interacting with clients daily and can engage with all social classes using your flexible, intelligent and welcoming conversation. Reception experience is highly desirable and a good sense of humour and a big smile a must!
You will be articulate, immaculately presented and happy to take on ad-hoc tasks to help the broader team. You will be able to demonstrate competency using a multi-line phone system and have strong general computer skills including a sound working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point).
Ideally you will bring experience in a similar receptionist role and enjoy the responsibility of being the first point of contact for the company.
