What education you have is less important. That you have a thing for people and are naturally service oriented are. If you have mountains of energy, switch gears quickly, enjoy a hectic environment, are curious, have a contagious drive and keep your commitments, you will go a long way.

We also think you will need the following:

• Bachelor work and thinking level
• German (written & speaking) at a near native level
• A couple of years experience in Recruitment.
• A can -do attitude
• Knowledge and experience with using ICT as a tool
• Experience in a fast growing international organization is an advantage.
