POSITION OVERVIEW:

As a Corporate Recruiter at Calibre, you’ll play a pivotal role in our HR department, supporting recruitment efforts and ensuring we attract top talent to join our team. From reviewing applicants to conducting interviews and coordinating campus recruiting initiatives, you’ll be at the forefront of our talent acquisition strategy.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Associates Degree (Bachelor’s Degree preferred)
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in a professional services environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Customer service-oriented with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for finding the best talent.

Responsibilities:

  • Review applicants and develop sustainable recruiting strategies.
  • Utilize innovative sourcing strategies to identify top talent.
  • Conduct interviews and schedule appointments across multiple locations.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and refine recruitment processes.
  • Assist with onboarding and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Stay up to date with current recruiting trends and best practices.
  • Coordinating and attending select college recruiting initiatives to include career fairs, on campus interviews and other on-campus engagement activities
  • Assisting with the Firm’s Summer Internship and Externship programs
  • Assisting with the Firms Social Committees
