Noble House Hotels and Resorts owns, manages, or operates a portfolio of 20+ luxury, independent hotels and resorts around the country and Mexico. We are seeking a Corporate Risk Manager that will be a part of our Corporate Finance/Accounting Team.

The Job: The Corporate Risk Manager will:

  • oversees all insurance programs, claims management, and safety policy implementation for our portfolio
  • As the Noble House Hotels Internal Risk Manager, you are the primary contact to process insurance claims around the country. You work together with the on-property teams to manage everything from worker’s compensation to guest claims to property damages, such as hurricanes and floods. (40% of your time)
  • Hold and maintain relationships with all insurance brokers. This includes annual insurance lines placements after assessment of insurable value for each hotel. (20% of your time)
  • Communicate risk policies and procedures to the hotels. As part of the corporate team, you direct safety training for hotel managers to reduce risk. In addition, you will train all new executives and new hotels coming into the portfolio. Thrive on building strong internal communication among the hotels, insurance companies and key corporate stake holders. (20% of your time)
  • As the Risk Management specialist, recommend and implement preventative measures to minimize costs and damage should loss occur. Direct the purchase of all Insurance Programs and prepare loss analysis and budgets, (20% of your time)
