As Corporate Sales Account Manager, you thrive in a dynamic environment and be part of a sales team that aims to deliver a level of service worthy of the YETI brand. You will drive the growth of current key customers through consistent and strategic outreach, as well as targeting new customers who align with YETI’s brand goals. You will target brands with significant market share / national exposure who are looking to leverage YETI’s product portfolio.
You are a highly motivated & self-driven service professional with excellent communication skills, ability to engage with customers and offer best-in-class service. You have the ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with an in-depth understanding of the product we offer. You understand success includes both exceptional service as well as understanding the customization processes and can set the customer up for success. You are passionate about doing the right thing and believe in offering options as a substitution for saying “no”. You know the accomplishments of the team are far more important than those of yourself or any individual.

Responsibilities:

  • Represents the YETI brand and values while promoting products to existing and potential customers in-line with Brand Guidelines
  • Build and strengthen key customer relationships, identify opportunities for sales growth and value-add to an existing customer base
  • Investigate, qualify and prioritise new business opportunities
  • Prioritise high-profile or exception order requests
  • Monitor orders daily to ensure smooth production and delivery
  • Address any potential issues or delays promptly
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders on order issues or system errors
  • Up-sell, cross-sell and promote YETI products and offerings at every available opportunity in order to maximize sales revenue
  • Develop a deep understanding of the marketing cycles and purchasing trends for customers across industries and verticals
  • Prepare accurate reporting to management identifying sales activities, achievements and opportunities
  • Identify areas of opportunities and process improvement by working with stakeholders to establish action plans and take ownership of issues to deliver outcomes
  • Support and manage customer escalations from inbound enquiries to resolution
  • Take the lead on initiatives and projects, working cross-functionally to deliver improvements
  • Deliver on-time and accurate reporting and analysis on cadence to support business needs
  • Attend trade/industry events as planned
  • Ad-hoc projects as needed

Qualifications and Attributes:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Minimum of four (4) years’ experience within a corporate sales or key account role
  • Excellence in delivering long-term mutually beneficial partnerships
  • Experience in strategic business planning, development and execution to grow partnerships and corporate sales
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed key performance indicators
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders of all levels
  • Self-starter, able to succeed in a fast-paced work environment with a natural ownership mentality
  • Driver of change – identify the opportunity and recommend solutions
