Job Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and driven Sales Hunter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is relentless in their pursuit of new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. As a Sales Hunter, you will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities to maximize revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and objectives
  • Prospect and cold call potential clients to generate new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions that meet clients’ needs
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to key stakeholders
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics, including pipeline activity, win/loss ratios, and revenue forecasts

Minimum requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in a B2B sales role, with a minimum of 5 years of new business development experience
  • At least 3 years IT/ICT/Technology/Telecoms/Logistics/Technical/Security/Solutions sales experience
  • Strong prospecting and cold calling skills, with the ability to open doors and close deals
  • Corporate client network in the following industries: Transport/Logistics/Cold Chain Logistics/Mining/Construction/Engineering
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for exceeding targets and driving growth
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales productivity tools
  • Own reliable vehicle and valid drivers licence
  • South African ID
