REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in the engineering solution and facility industry.
- Strong understanding of engineering solutions and facility management.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to target corporate clients in the engineering solution and facility industry.

- Build and maintain relationships with key corporate clients.
- Understand clients’ needs and provide customized engineering solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and presentations.
- Negotiate and close sales deals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote company’s products and services.
- Meet or exceed sales targets.
