Corporate Sales Leader - Australia
Overview Of Position
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Leader to join our team in Australia. The Sales Leader will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of account directors to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, strong communication and leadership skills, and a passion for driving results.
This is a people manager role and will report into the A/NZ VP and Managing Director. This is a quota-carrying position located in Australia, the successful candidate will need to live within commutable distance of either the Sydney or Melbourne CBD to be onsite for team meetings and attend in person customer meetings.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve team sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide regular performance feedback and coaching to sales team members to support their professional development and success.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Occasional interstate travel for team and customer meetings.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve sales targets and exceed expectations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of the technology industry and understanding of customer needs and preferences.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
