- Business negotiating
- Knowledge of Opera, Lanyon and Hotelligence is an advantage.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all sales activities are recorded correctly in Opera.
- Complete weekly and monthly activity reports.
- Monitor competitive set offerings and activity.
- Ensure all accounts are contacted on a monthly/ bi-monthly/ quarterly basis as appropriate.
- To manage Lanyon/RFP solicitation, completion, and execution.
- To research and analyse Hotelligence/ Agency 360 for all four hotels to identify new leads and accounts for the group.
- Work closely with the Front Office teams at all four hotels regarding corporate clients, VIP’s and lead generation.
- To comply and adhere to all company policies and existing/future procedures related to Human Resources, including managing employee visa restrictions and compliance, training etc.
