  • Presentation skills
  • Business negotiating
  • Knowledge of Opera, Lanyon and Hotelligence is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all sales activities are recorded correctly in Opera.
  • Complete weekly and monthly activity reports.
  • Monitor competitive set offerings and activity.
  • Ensure all accounts are contacted on a monthly/ bi-monthly/ quarterly basis as appropriate.
  • To manage Lanyon/RFP solicitation, completion, and execution.
  • To research and analyse Hotelligence/ Agency 360 for all four hotels to identify new leads and accounts for the group.
  • Work closely with the Front Office teams at all four hotels regarding corporate clients, VIP’s and lead generation.
  • To comply and adhere to all company policies and existing/future procedures related to Human Resources, including managing employee visa restrictions and compliance, training etc.
