Description:

You will work within a supportive team, handling a diverse workload that includes managing a large portfolio of domestic and international clients across various industry sectors. Key Responsibilities
- Providing corporate governance support, ensuring compliance with the Companies Act 2014 and other applicable governance requirements.
- Co-ordinating, attending and minuting regular board/committee meetings.
- Supporting the maintenance of statutory books and records for Irish entities and monitoring compliance with all relevant statutory/regulatory requirements and filing deadlines.
- Arranging for document execution, notarisations, apostilling and filing with relevant registries.
- Deal with day to day matters such as client on boarding and corporate governance queries.
- Collaborating with various internal departments within BDO with the common goal of providing a solution driven culture to any challenges are clients our facing.
- Providing a wide range of services to clients beginning with incorporation of an entity to on going operations to its possible winding down.
- Opportunities to work on specialised projects that require specialist Independent Secretariat services.
- Developing and managing relationships with internal and external clients as necessary.
- Assisting where required on ad-hoc projects.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Possess a third-level qualification in business, law, or a similar discipline/ ICSA part-qualified.
- Task-focused with a strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills.
- Excellent technology skills, specifically in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
