About the Role

AS A MEMBER OF OUR CORPORATE SECRETARIAL (COSEC) TEAM, YOU WILL PLAY A CRUCIAL ROLE IN MANAGING CORPORATE SECRETARIAL MATTERS ACROSS VARIOUS PLATFORMS. REPORTING TO THE ASIA HEAD, YOU WILL WORK CLOSELY WITH OTHER TEAM MEMBERS TO ENSURE COMPLIANCE, COORDINATION, AND EFFICIENT MANAGEMENT OF BOARD MINUTES AND ACRA FILINGS.Why Join Us?

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in corporate secretarial roles, preferably within private equity or financial services
  • Strong knowledge of ACRA filing requirements and board minute management
  • Proven ability to manage a significant volume of entities and ensure compliance
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Team player with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Experience in working within a start-up or dynamic environment is a plus
