Description:
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Corporate Security Agent (CSA) works with a team of professionals that are part of a specialized physical security program. This includes supporting the daily business operations to positively identify, track, document, and escalate suspicious or concerning activities at client locations. Will also support the corporate client with daily building security assessments.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Four (4) years or greater experience in relevant training and experience.
- Military and/or law enforcement is a plus.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must pass a standard background check and drug screening.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must have a valid US state issued driver’s license.
- Must possess, and continually have a valid California BSIS Guard Card.
IT/COMMUNICATION KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:
- Google Suite, MS Office proficient, Outlook, Word, Excel, Etc.
- Advanced use of Apple products: Mac Book, iPads, iOS.
- Have a general understanding of common technology platforms.
- Proficient at using a cell phone camera.
- Ability to make rapid notifications via cell phone, radio, 2-way communication tools.

Responsibilities:
- Perform discreet observation in support of site and personnel protection.
- Perform office site/building protection and physical workplace safety services.
- Proactively assess and detect potential threats while remaining undetected.
- Monitor access control utilizing sound judgement and client-provided systems.
- Document incidents via preferred client methods.
- Complete all forms and reports as necessary, including daily activity reports.
- Secure and protect the client’s assets: people, facilities, and property.
- Detect, investigate, and deny access to unauthorized persons.
- Conduct patrols and security checks as appropriate for site security needs.
- Respond to security issues/concerns with a sense of urgency and professionalism.
- Provide timely and appropriately channeled escalations.
- Maintain suitable communication along with providing periodic reporting to client.
- Demonstrate responsibility for all equipment used in support of covert operations.
- Coordinate with the C level security team for reception and departure of facilities.
- Inspect mail, packages, and deliveries for any suspicious tampering evidence.
- Assist client in de-escalation of disgruntled employees and visitors.
- Consistent client communications for any special circumstances or issues.
- Other duties and special projects assigned to support client activities.
